Debbi Ragogna has always been drawn to the world of recruiting. Armed with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lake Superior State University in Michigan,
Debbi did an internship at Toronto General Hospital before launching a successful career as a search consultant. The last fifteen years have been spent fine
tuning her search skills, including six years as a senior member at Amrop Knightsbridge as well as 3 years as in-house Director of HR and Recruitment at
Healthtech Consultants. The leading Canadian Healthcare IT consulting firm. Currently Debbi is managing her own firm where she works side by side with
clients to help fill their senior recruitment needs.
In addition to her extensive generalist experience, Debbi has worked closely with clients helping them to fill many roles. Debbi has successfully completed
over 300 roles in her career, most at the CEO, President, Vice President, CFO, General Manager and Board Member level. Debbi prides herself on her ability to
really get at what her clients are looking for and partnering with her clients to find the best talent. She says she can often “paint a picture” of the ideal
candidate in her mind.
Clients have called Debbi “high energy” and “passionate” and they say she’s “not afraid to push back” to ensure the best outcome.
When Debbi isn’t spending her time recruiting the best talent, she can be found cycling out on the road, hitting the gym, coaching young kids at the game of
ultimate frisbee or playing ultimate frisbee herself. Debbi has travelled extensively around the world competing at the top-level representing Toronto, Ontario
and Canada at various ultimate frisbee tournaments.
